Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Realm of Coin Design ("we", "us") is a small design business based in Ontario, Canada. We sell printable planners, t-shirts and wall art through our Etsy shop, share our designs on Pinterest, publish cozy music videos on our YouTube channel, Realm of Cozy, and run a free tools website, Tinker Calc. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. This website

This website is for information only. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no advertising and no analytics. Our web host, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Our Tinker Calc website has its own privacy policy, which covers its advertising cookies.

2. Purchases on Etsy

When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy processes your order and payment under Etsy's Privacy Policy. We never see your payment card details. We receive the order details Etsy shares with sellers (such as your name, shipping address, the items ordered and any message you send) and use them only to fulfil your order, provide customer service and keep the business and tax records the law requires.

For t-shirts and posters, your name, shipping address and order details are passed to our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and its print providers so they can print and ship your item. Printify handles that information under Printify's Privacy Policy. Digital downloads are delivered by Etsy, and no shipping information is shared for them.

3. Our publishing app, Pinterest and YouTube

We use a private app that runs on our own computer to publish our products. It connects only to accounts we own: our Etsy shop, our Printify account, our Pinterest business account and our YouTube channel. Through the Pinterest API it reads our own boards and creates pins and boards showing our products, each linking to the product's listing. It does not access, collect or store information about other Pinterest users, and it is not offered to the public.

The sign-in tokens that let the app reach our accounts are stored only on our computer and are used for nothing else. When you visit our Pinterest profile or save our pins, Pinterest handles your information under Pinterest's Privacy Policy.

YouTube API Services

Our app uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel. By using the app's YouTube features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. The only user of the app is our business.

What the app accesses: through the YouTube API it reads our own channel's name and ID (to confirm it is connected to the right channel) and uploads videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and tags to that channel. It does not access, collect, store or share any information about other YouTube users, viewers or commenters.

How it is stored: the Google sign-in tokens and our channel's name and ID are stored only on our own computer, used only to upload our videos, and never shared with anyone. They are deleted when we disconnect YouTube in the app.

Revoking access: access can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When you watch our videos on YouTube, YouTube and Google handle your information under the Google Privacy Policy.

4. AI tools

We use AI tools to help create our designs, listing text, video artwork and music. We do not put any customer's personal information into these tools.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop (Etsy, Printify and its print providers) or when the law requires it. We do not share any YouTube or Google user data with anyone.

6. Keeping and protecting information

We keep order information only as long as needed for the order, customer service and our legal and tax obligations (in Canada, generally six years for business records), then delete it. Records are kept in password-protected accounts and on our own computer.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask a question about this policy, by messaging Realm of Coin Design through Etsy. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Children

Our shop, app and YouTube channel are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
