These terms apply to the Realm of Coin Design website (realmofcoindesign.com), our in-house publishing app ("the app") and our content on Etsy, Pinterest and YouTube. Realm of Coin Design ("we", "us") is a small independent studio based in Ontario, Canada. By using this website or the app, you agree to these terms.

1. This website

This website describes our studio and our work. You may browse it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Our designs, artwork, music, videos, logos and text are our own work and protected by copyright. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

2. Our publishing app

The app is a private, internal tool that runs on our own computer. Its only user is our business, and it connects only to accounts we own: our Etsy shop, our Printify account, our Pinterest business account and our YouTube channel, Realm of Cozy. It is not sold, licensed, distributed or made available to anyone else.

The app publishes only our own content. Every product and video is reviewed and approved by a person before it is published.

3. YouTube API Services

The app uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos and thumbnails to our own YouTube channel and to read our own channel's name and ID. By using the app's YouTube features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. How we handle data from YouTube API Services, including storage, deletion and how to revoke access, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The app does not access, collect or store information about other YouTube users or viewers, and it does not comment, like, subscribe or send messages.

4. Other platforms

Purchases from our shop are made on Etsy and are governed by Etsy's Terms of Use. Watching our videos on YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and using Pinterest by Pinterest's Terms of Service.

5. AI tools

We use AI tools to help create our designs, listing text, video artwork and music. All of it is reviewed by a person before it is published.

6. No warranty and liability

This website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Questions: message Realm of Coin Design through our Etsy shop.
